Hey all! This week was pretty great! On Tuesday we had a
huge miracle.
One of our investigators named Nesha, who we were
teaching about a month ago and who told us that because church was too early in
the morning she wouldn't come and because she had to go to church to get
baptized she also said that she didn't want to be baptized anymore.
That was a really discouraging day for me personally. But
it all is working out. The Sisters found her while they were in our area for a
dinner appointment and she had a complete change of heart, she ended up coming
to our Book of Mormon Class and she made a promise with God, in her own weird
way, that she was going to get baptized. So that's exciting!
We've been fed by a lot of members this last week and
have a lot of meals next week as well. I think it's because I have a Tongan as
a companion and they think he needs to be fat or something. On Saturday we
helped a Sister move into her new house and then went down to Sheldon for a few
hours and hung out with the Cannons for a bit, they are a less active family
but they are awesome! Their kids want to go to church and the parents do as
well, he just works on Sunday's...we actually have a dinner appointment with
them tonight and it's going to be fun. They have 6 kids who love missionaries
so we'll have lots of fun.
Other than that, not much has happened but I do see the
work hastening quite a bit!
Love you all!
