Hey everyone!
This week was pretty good! We didn't teach that many
lessons and we didn't really have much of any sort of visible success actually.
But we know that we're successful as long as we try! Were really just
starting to prepare this area for the harvest that is to come. Were doing a lot
of different things with the members because our personal finding is doing
nothing for the area. We find people to teach from personal finding but none of
them can really be considered investigators. We had a Ward and mission fast on
Sunday. Two fasts in one! Definitely saw a lot of blessings from it, mostly all
in revelation received which is probably the best thing to get from fasting. We
did have a good number of dinners with some awesome families. The craziest
thing I ate was probably redneck fondue which is basically fondue with oil
instead of cheese. Not very healthy but it sure tasted great! We did teach Rick
over the phone again, very interesting way to teach a lesson but it's the only
way to get to him. We were also able to meet with Pavan finally. It was an
interesting lesson where he made it sound like he was pretty interested in
learning but now we can't get ahold of him at all. The important part is that
the Book is in his house. We were also able to get into some members homes that missionaries
haven't been in for a long time, so that was good. Yeah, that's pretty much all
that happened. Overall it was a pretty good week! I hope you all continue to
strive to do your best this week and to draw closer to God!
Love,
