Reaffirming Desire To Be Diligent

Hey everyone!

It's rainy outside but Spirits are high. Last week was a good one filled with the Spirit.
We taught a few lessons with Brett, Brenda, and an investigator we haven't seen in a while, Walter. All of the lessons went well but they aren't really progressing too much. A big focus this week is what we can do to help them progress.
We went on exchanges this week. I went with Elder Fong to his area and they are doing good there. The exchange was pretty uneventful because right once we were about to go out in the morning we got a call saying that we needed to drive down to the Mission Office to pick up their new Subaru. I got to drive because Elder Fong needs to renew his license. It's a pretty nice car. That's beside the point though. We got a good talk in during the very long drive and I got to realize how great of a missionary Elder Fong is. I came out with him so I sort of already knew that, but my thoughts were confirmed.
It was a good week but there just aren't a lot of things to write about. Saturday was a really spiritual day for Elder Barnes and me. I'm not sure what happened but I received a reaffirming desire to be diligent and to work hard. I still feel pretty pumped right now and it's been a few days since this happened. I'm excited for what will be coming in the coming weeks. I know that Jesus Christ lived and that His Atonement truly can help us and lift us in our lives. Rely on Him and all things will work out. I love you all and hope you have a fantastic week.
